TOUR POLICIES

  • Full payment due on booking.
  • Booking your tour assumes you have read the "TOURS TERMS AND CONDITIONS" below
  • Refunds issued according to the following cancellation policy.
    Full Refund if tour cancelled up to 2 weeks before departure
    1/4 Refund if tour cancelled up to 1 week before departure
    Half Refund if tour cancelled up to 48 hours before departure
    No Refund if tour cancelled less than 48 hours before departure
  • When you book your  trip, you reserve the bikes, which removes them from availability for others prospective guests.
  • All tours go on, rain or shine. 
  • Should we deem conditions too poor to ride, an alternate date will be negotiated, or your payment WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL. 
  • Availability of tours subject to route conditions.

RENTAL POLICIES

  • Full payment due on booking.
  • Booking your rental assumes you have read the "RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS" below.
  • No Refunds for cancellation requests with less than 48 hours to booked date.
    When you book your rental, you reserve the equipment, which removes them from availability for others prospective guests.
  • Equipment MUST be returned as it was received, clean and without damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Fat Bikes MUST be thoroughly rinsed with fresh water after any ride on the beach.

SHOP POLICIES

  • These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
  • Unless scheduled ahead of time, ALL WORK IS FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED!  
  • On-the-fly work WILL cost you more!
  • Sorry, we do not deal in used equipment. 
  • A $1 a day bike storage fee WILL be assessed 48 hours after servicing once contact has been made.
  • Tune-ups on excessively dirty bikes will cost you extra.
  • Bike disposal is $25. 
  • deposit will be collected on items to be ordered.
